Chickabiddy
Terms of use
These terms cover the Chickabiddy app for iPhone and this website. Chickabiddy Plus is an auto-renewable subscription with a 2-week free trial, billed by Apple.
Apple’s standard license
The license for the Chickabiddy app is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
Where these terms and Apple’s standard EULA both cover the same point about the licensed app, Apple’s EULA controls. These terms add the Chickabiddy Plus subscription details and describe where your records are kept.

Your records
Care records are stored on your device and in your iCloud account using CloudKit. You may share a record with people you invite, and you may give view-only access. Records are not sent to a server operated by the developer. The privacy policy explains what is stored and what Chickabiddy does not collect.
You keep the notes, photos and other entries you add. Invited people can see the access level you choose.
Not medical advice
Chickabiddy is a personal log for caregivers. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician.
This website
The website describes the app. It has no account, no ads, and no third-party analytics. The support page is the contact page.
Changes
Updated terms are posted on this page with a new date. Apple may update the standard EULA on Apple’s own website.
